FREE SHIPPING: Our baskets may be shipped UPS in the United States only at this time. Please use street addresses only (no P.O. boxes) and allow 5 - 7 business days for most destinations. During the months including May - September, some of our items may need to be shipped an another method due to the extreme heat. Please call for more information and shipping upgrades.
Please double check to make sure that the address information and phone numbers are correct. There will be a $15.00 charge added to all orders returned due to incorrect address.
SHIPPING UPGRADES: Please call toll free at (866)781-0019, SC residents call (803)781-0019 during normal business hours for price information on 2nd day air and next day air shipping.
NOTE: We deliver in the Columbia, South Carolina area for an additional $6.00.
SALES TAX: 6% sales tax will be added to all orders for the state of South Carolina. Tax applies only to item(s) purchased and not to upgraded shipping charges.
RETURNS: Please contact us if your package is delivered damaged. No returns will be accepted without authorization within 48 hours of receipt of your gift.
GREETING CARDS: For a personal touch to your order, a greeting card can be added at no extra charge. Please use our email Greeting Form and tell us what you'd like to say and we'll include that with your gift.
ORDER TRACKING: If you want to inquire about the status of an order, you can do so by calling (866)781-0019.
For placing all orders, we'll need the recipient's name, address, daytime phone number, the description and product number, quantity and billing information.
